We’ll use dye penetrant to check for any cracks, pin holes, pits, etc. We’ll inspect each gear and shaft for wear, cracks, pits, etc. We’ll inspect each shaft and bearing area. The box will be assembled (without gears or shafts) and the bores will be checked for concentricity, size and parallelism. We will provide photos of each part needing replacement along with a video that will be 100% private, only viewable on our server with a direct link. From this point we can accurately write a “Not To Exceed” quotation that includes all bearings, seals, material, gears, labor, etc. We always come in under quote.
