We can manufacture brand new screens for grinders! No more waiting 4 to 6 weeks for a new grinder screen from the OEM, we can duplicate your old worn screen with a replacement screen that is bent and fabricated to the sample provided. Need a larger or smaller hole? Need a thicker more durable screen that will drop in place? We can provide any size grinder screen to your exact specifications. Print, drawing or sample screen is required for duplicate. No print or sample? We’ll need you to trace the screen on paper and give us the other dimensions. We can walk you through this process via video chat (no cost). Proper screen dimensions/tolerances and hole size placement is critical for pellet quality/size and grinder screen life.
